We’d like to introduce you to a new podcast, called Our Rugby Club, coming soon to Clubland.  Hosted by Gavin Chase from Advantage: The Ref Cam & The Ref Collective, Our Rugby Club aims to show off the collective heartbeat of grassroots rugby. The people who show up week after week to keep the game alive.

The podcast’s vision is refreshingly simple: bring together voices from across Clubland, from players and coaches to referees, volunteers, committee members, and familiar faces from rugby social media to talk about current events impacting grassroots rugby.

Our Rugby Club shines a light on the realities that every grassroots club knows all too well. The grassroots aren’t glamorous or lucrative. However, it is deeply meaningful, a second home built on connection, belonging, and shared effort.

At the same time, there’s no sugarcoating the challenges. Too often, clubs feel like they’re fighting these battles alone. Much like what we’re doing at Bottom of the Ruck, this channel aims to change that by creating a space where ideas, solutions, and experiences can be shared.

One club’s success story can become another club’s blueprint. This is a conversation worth joining. In fact… don’t be surprised if you see a familiar Bottom of the Ruck voice pop up there before long.
